What will provide more lift? A 3.5" Bronco coil, a 3.5" XJ coil, or a 3.5" Ranger coil?

I'd say the bronco because it's built for a heavier truck. But I have no 1st hand experience.

well the xj is made for a fairly heavy inline six, so it might, but the bronco came with a heavier inline six, except the 302 ones, and the ranger had either a light 4 banger or a fairly light v-6, sooo,, i say measure them, the longer of the two, xj-bronco would lift most, i dont have the lengths you seek, but a parking lot probly will, and if the owner sees you, just tell him your admiring his rig, of course you might get caught up in a chat all about how great his bone stock rig is, but hey, its all good

HA HA HA

That last post brings up memories of last summer...
I was putting my rig together last summer and I worked as a security guard at a lake, We were always getting 4x4,s at the lake...I always had a tape measure...I would come up and be like, excuse me sir...and they would be like "what the hell did i do this time" I would respond with the ole...nothing sir, just wondering if I could lay under your truck and take some measurments...man did some people think i was weird.

The bronco coil is bigger. By alot. I've got 2.5" coils in back, and it lifted it about 6". Oh, it's a pathfinder.
