I'm posting this for my brother. He has a 75 FJ40 with a 91 TBI 350 out of a 4x2 2500 Pickup. He has Hooker headers now and they dont pass smog. He's looking for a set of shorty blockhuggers with center dump (RAM?) that would fit. He got a set of flow-tech rear dumps and they dont clear. These headers must pass smog because he's trying to get it to pass the referree. The EO number needs to be visible. Any suggestions?? Our last resort would be the stock 91 manifolds but to reroute the exhaust and buy the manifolds is gonna cost a fortune. Help!

MAybe not the mopst "legal" way would be to throw all his tags on your ride, and smog yours, then swap them back over. No ref needed. It will take you all of a day and you will be ready to go.
