this is an all most new ARB Bumper that i got for my 87 xj. it must go i am moving and if i cant sell the hole jeep must get some of my money back i payed $700 and i am willing to get rid of it for $400 OBO it has IFB lights that come with it but one is cracked. I am in laramie Wyoming but will ship it ups for $50.
