THE STORY THAT HE HAS POSTED ON THIS WEB SIGHT IS NOT THE WHOLE TRUTH AND HE KNOWS IT
THE ONLY TRUTH IS THE TIRES AND WHEELS THAT WERE ON IT WHEN HE GOT THERE. THE ONES THAT WERE IN THE ADD WERE INFACT REINSTALLED AS AGREED AND PUT BACK ON THE VEHICLE BEFORE IT WHENT TO FLORIDA
EVERYTHING THAT WAS ON THE BUGGY WHEN HE DROVE IT AND LOOKED AT IT WAS ON THE VEHICLE WHEN IT LEFT PHOENIX AND PUT ON A TRANSORT TRUCK TO GO 3000 PLUS MILES. THE WHEELS AND TIRES THAT I TOILD HIM WOULD GO BACK ON IT WERE INSTALLED AND I HAVE PICS

I HAVE NOT AVOIDED ANYONE NOR HAS HE MADE ANY ATTEMP TO CALL ME TO GIVE ME AN ADDRESS TO HAVE THESE PARTS SHIPPED TO HIM. I HAVE NO ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER TO CALL HIM OR MAKE CONTACT WITH HIM.
AGAIN MY NUMBER IS 602-980-1158 HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO LIST IT.
EVEN AFTER ALL THE POSTS HE STILL HAS MADE NO ATTEMP TO CONTACT ME TO GET HIS PARTS SO HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO GET THEM TO HIM ??????
I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE NOR DID I SCREW ANYONE I SOLD HIM A COMPLETE FINISHED BRUSIER EXCEPT FOR PAINT THAT I HAD LISTED FOR 26K FOR 20K BECAUSE IT SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS A GOOD GUY AND WAS TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE OUT. I GUESS THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY AND HELP SOMEONE. HE HAS TWO FRIENDS DOWN THERE THAT PAID OVER 30,000.00 FOR ROLLERS ONLY

IF ANYONE HAS ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE RIG I HAVE POSTED AT THIS TIME CAN FEEL FREE TO CALL ME

well terry you need to get your facts straight
we agreed on a price and the new tires and wheels were put back on the rig as promised. as far as the other issues i explained about the onboard air that is was not in the add.
now as far as the other fricken parts as you said. you have my phone number and failed to use it. i have recieved no e-mail from you at all on either of my e-mail address.
when you do decide to call me and be a man and give me an address to send them to i would be happy to. as far as the panels go, make sure you don`t fricken lie about that like you did. you told me you had a friend that would be here in the up coming months and he would pick them up for you. now on the resivoir i told you that i couldn`t get one intime to ship it and i didn`t have one and that i be happy to send you one ( oh ya i have no fricken address to send it to nor do i have your fricken number) so again here is my number again 602-980-1158 which you have failed to use !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so like i said i cant send you parts when i don`t have an adress to send them to so you need to make sure you tell the truth. i have not been hiding or avoiding you . my number is on the add. i have never been hard to get ahold of at all. you also have one of my buisness cards. so again feel free to call me so that i can get an address that i have been waiting for.
oh and another thing don`t be mad at me because the transport company you sent took 18 days to get it to you and they couldn`t find the driver. i did everything i said i would do and gave you a great deal and you know it. AS FAR AS THE PADDLES YOU WERE TOLD ON THE PHONE BEFORE YOU CAME TO PHOENIX THAT AT THE DOLLAR AMOUNT THAT YOU OFFERED THAT THEY WOULD NOT COME WITH THE RIG. AND THERE WERE NO FRONT RUNNERS IN THE ADD AT ALL JUST REAR PADDLES
YOU WERE TOLD THAT ON THE PHONE TERRY BEFORE YOU CAME TO PHOENIX AND YOU KNOW IT.
YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL THE FACTS STRAIGHT AND TELL THE TRUTH BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT.

You just cannot stop can you.
These are facts, try to stay with me.
1.You had OBA in the add, where else would the idea ever come from as the truck does not have it now, where would I get the idea?
2. You said that you would put theOBA on before it got picked. Even if it was not in the add (which it was) you agreed to do it.
3. You did change the tires and wheels before I got there, you did change them back but why change them in the first place?
4. You don't remember any agreements or addresses that I gave you over the phone, that is why I must do everything with you in writing.
5. Your price was $25k not $26k.
6. You said nothing about the paddles till I got there.
7. You said the truck had a spool, it was welded...not a big deal, but why lie?
8. You said you would put a coolant recovery tank on it, you did not.
9. You said the tranny temp gauge was not working because it must be a loose wire...there is no sending unit!
10. I told you that I would have a freind there in October that could pick up the panels if needed, but I did not want to wait that long, you said that it was no problem to ship them as long as I gave you a commercial address because the package would be large.
I will see if I can get a mod to post the original add.

1. the oba was not in the add when i was on the phone with you and i was going over the rig i said that there was a factory a/c comp on the eng. you asked what for and i had told you it was to be used as a oba it was not in the add !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my how we forget
2. the tires and wheels were installed on the buggy as agreeed when you were here in town and i have pics of them on the vehicle when it was loaded on the transport truck.
3. no terry you did not give me an address on th phone or you would have your parts. if you back thru the posts you will see that as soon as you asked me about the parts i told you i needed and address. i didn`t say what parts or that i didn`t owe you any parts. i said i need your address to send them
did you call me and ask if the parts had been shipped or were they are on there way no you did not. i told you i didn`t have your e-mail address or your phone number so i couldn`t get ahold of you
4. yes i did tell you i would put a recovery tank on the buggy. i also told you that after looking that i didn`t have one at the house that i would send it to you. i didn`t want to put some piece of shit plastic one from checker on it. i had ordered an aluminum recovery tank from jegs and had to wait to get it
and then ship it to you. yes you were told this on the phone and you know it.
5. the orginal price was 26k when the add original came out
6. yes terry i did tell you that the paddles would not come with the buggy. you had called me and offered me 17k and i told you that i could not sell it for less than 20k and at that price the paddles would not go with it. that is why you never said anything about them when you came here. YOU WERE TOLD ABOUT THIS ON THE PHONE
7. the original add said that the rear was locked i told you that is was locked like a spool

these are the facts and you know it terry

Please take this post as help that you seriously need. Frist off the use of a period or exclimation point should be used to end sentances. This is basic to anyone who has been in school past the 3rd grade.

Next let us address your inablility to seperate capital letters from lower case. Typeing IN ALL CAPS won't get you anything, infact in most cases it gets you ignored. While we are on the subject, try useing line breaks and paragraphs. This will let your reader understand what you are tyring to get across.

In short, please drink a tall glass of bleach and die you worthless pile of shit.

i told you i would send the parts and i did. they were shipped like i said and gave you the shipping numbers. i even sent the panels that you were suppose to have picked up by some friend that was going to be in town.
you really need to grow up. i have sent the parts now get over it.

the add did not list oba but i still sent all the parts for it and even offered to walk you threw how to do it.
