How much oil does a SM420 hold? do you check it like a diff ?(stick your finger in the hole in the side) :rasta:

Don't know the exact amount, but I fill till the fluid is level with the fill hole;)

Not to be a smart ass but ALOT!!!

I just fill untill it starts to seep out the hole, just like you do with your diffs.

I think the tag on the side of my SM420 says 5.5 pints.

Fill it like a diff and wait for it to ooze out.
