Well I'm sure some of you have read some of my past posts. My I6 is still being a whore.
I run a code check, it read the O2 sensor was out. I HAD to drive it, so it ran rich for like 2 days, 4 miles total. I replaced the O2 sensor, it doesn't run rich now. But it's acting like it did before. It won't idol, it has no throttle response. It seems like it is running out gas! It's really pissing me off.
Please someone help!!

Did you check the plugs and wires? Check the pressure in your fuel line? Altinator and battery?
I am not sure what kind of truck you have but I know if you leave battery terminal off a Jeep that the computer will reset. Maybe that is what you need to do?

I have checked the plugs. Wires are new. I couldn't find a way to check the pressure in the lines, but it will run at High RPM. Battery is new.
It will still run rich sometimes. Does anyone have a vuccum line diagram. I need one...Some lines have fallen apart, and make this whole deal worse..

Go to Autozone.com and fill in your true info and hit Repair Info and the repair guide. It is a good source of info.
Try this link:

Check engine light must be on right? Have autozone run the codes.
If it won't idle I'd check the IAC valve. Idle air control. It's probably a round cylinder hanging off the vavle body with a couple wires connected, but I don't know specifically what it looks like on the I-6.

Did you ever find out what made that loud snap sound you were talking about in your other thread ?

Your guess is as good as mine, maybe the chain. No telling. Or one of my locking hubs. One of the two. I doubt the hubs, they aren't making any sounds.
