its IFS
there arnt many cheap and easy ways to lift the front of those.
Your going to need to buy a 4" lift for your truck, which ever lift method you choose is up to you, raised knuckles, droped diff, which ever you prefer. There are no spacers you can use, you cant crank the t-bars that much, not even using Ford keys and if you could, you would be throwing CV shafts everyday from the extreme CV angles.
fortuntatly the shackle flip kit will not have been a waste of money though becuase most lift kits only come with lift blocks for the rear and the shackle kit is a much better way to go, I use one myself.

Do a search for SAS, that is all you will need. Just buy my truck, SAS is already done with the all the good stuff.

go to www.offroaddesign.com they make a 2.5" shackle flip kit for that truck, its around $200 and if you put the 3" tuff country lift it should level out. You'd probably have $600 in it all is my guess.
