When putting a front hoop in on your cage in your cruiser is it better to make it go all the way to the floorboard or bolt it to the dash? I like the dash idea because it wont be in the way when getting in and out of your cruiser, but is it as strong, less strong, or stronger that going diredtly to the floor? Any light you can shead on this subject would be great.
Thanks, Sean

Ideally you want to tie it into the frame. I would at least put it to the floor with big ass uneven sized sandwich plates.

When you say tie it to the frame, do you mean weld it or bolt it to the frame?

Mine ties through the body and into the nerf bars which go into the frame. I also have door bars which are a PITA but I had them put in after hearing a story about a guy crushing his legs during a rollover.:)
