See sig for rig specs. I bought this rig when it was mildly built, so it had already been tinkered on when I got it. I just noticed it has no torque arm off the transmission to the skid. I know all manuals have one, should my auto?

You mean some kind of mount?? The rear output of my 999 botls to a plate that then bolts to the skid plate as the third mount supporting the entire driveline...

I've got that same mount on the transmission you're talking about. Most manual transmissions also have an outrigger type mount that also mounts to the skidplate.
Never seen one on an auto before.

My 87 with a 999 has one of those mounts with the snubber, but I do not know if it was original or added.

The CJs and YJs had them, the mount changed when the TJ was introduced.
