I have a Chilton manual for my '91 XJ and it says that there is a special tool for the proportioning valve you need to bleed the brakes. Something about holding the valve ??? Is it really an issue if you don't have one? Can anyone comment on this?

Also, does anyone know if the ZJ has the same issue. Might swap the ZP prop valve in this weekend and would be nice to know. Thanks.
