dumb question I know but I've never done it before....

1.25 / .120 wall sleeved with 1.5" /.120 wall

USE WD-40 and a BFH ?????

How hard will this be to hit together ?>

think about this for a second.....

1.5" x .120 wall will have an ID of 1.26"


it'll slip right in.... that's one good reason why it's .120 wall and not .125 wall.

then will I have to weld it together to use a lower piece in a ladder bar ?

yeah you can plug weld it.... cut the 1.5OD tube just a bit shorter (1/4") to get a nice weld fillet on teh ends...

But hte lower bar of a traction / ladder bar getr pretty aggresivly cotched..... just filet the bushing mount side ?? leave the big ass notch alone ???
