Can anyone tell me why i cannot find a lift kit that is over 6 inches for my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD?

Let me see, CST Suspension has a 6"-8" and a 9"-11" with a crank on the torsion bars, Cognito Motorsports has a 7"-9" and a 10"-12" (Best Quality IMO), and Fabtech has an 8" for them also. I would post links to them all but don't know if its legal:D here, aint been around long enough. The first two are pricey but you get what you pay for, Very good quality systems.
