I'm about to rip out all my abs on my 93 RR and wonder if I'm gonna F***up the ECU. Does the brake ECU feed the Main ECU? Thanks, -Trent

No, it is completley stand alone.

Make damned sure you post up what you've done, many will be curious about this.

edit-lemme back up. The ABS does talk to EAS ECU. If you ahve air suspension, it may cause some problems, but nothing that can't eb ovecome by converting to coils :flipoff2:

Paul,

What is it that you're curious for ?
You need the parts list or ... ?
It's such a simple job.

Well, if it were so easy, we wouldn't have so many folks asking for info on how to re-drill calipers, what master cylinder to use, etc.

I have a pile of master cylinders and intend to take advantage of some good pricing on '93-'95 RRC calipers to allow me to run vented rotors on my trail rig. Eventually, I'll get enough time and a coupla dolalrs and will rip the ABS modulator/pump out of my Disco and go directly to the calipers instead og having that abortion of an ABS system. Until then, I wanna see what other guys are doing and how they do it. I might learn something.
