i just bought a winch which came with this and i don't need it. this had the winch bolted to it, but was never used. the paint on the bottom is scratched off in some spots from sitting. it is drilled to fit a warn xd900i. it fits into a 2" reciever hitch. the fairlead in the picture is included in the sale. it is located in northumberland, pa 17857
