Dear Fellow 4X4 Wheelers,
As some of you may already know, the Ozarks Jeepthing Club assisted in building trails and were trail guide leaders at Highlandville and Branson Creek in Branson, Missouri, for the Camp Jeep 2002. Camp Jeep is the largest and highest profile all-Jeep event in the world and we were honored to assist Jeep Jamboree USA with their annual event and in making it a success.
Now we are looking to our fellow four-wheelers to help Ozarks Jeepthing Club make this an annual event that is known by all for this year and the years to come. We are hosting our 2nd Annual Fall 4X Fest on Oct 13,14 & 15th, 2006, at Seymour Off Road Ranch,Seymour, Mo. Home to the beginning of the "Ultimate Adventure 2005" as seen in JP Magazine and 4Wheel Drive and Off Road Magazine.
All 4X4 vehicles are welcome, excluding ATV’s and Motorcycles. Pre-registration is recommended in order for the club to plan all the events and to make the weekend a more enjoyable one for all. This is a family event, so feel free to bring along the little ones to enjoy your weekend with. There will be games and events for them to participate in as well.
The proceeds for the 2nd Annual Fall 4X Fest will be donated to "Stan the Man Foundation". This Foundation was created in the memory of a great man, a decorated soldier, and good friend to all he touched. Chief Warrant Officer Stanley L Harriman who was killed in action on March 2nd 2002 while fighting in Operation Anaconda in Afghanistan. Their main objective is to provide immediate assistance for the families of fallen soldiers, and to help other soldiers and their families who are experiencing difficult times. We want to do this because these are the things that Stan believed in. Stan lived a great life albeit short; through this foundation he will continue to be great and his memory will live forever.
With the help of everyone involved from the members of Ozarks Jeepthing Club, vendors, donors, community, and to the participants for this event, we can help make life a little easier for the recipients of this wonderful organization.
With your donation of $45.00 you will be entered as a participant in the 2nd Annual Fall 4X Fest. This will cover your vehicle entry fee. Each pre-registered participant driver will be given one raffle ticket and one event t-shirt. The raffle drawing will be held the evening of Saturday, October 14, 2006 and you must be present to win. In order to keep our cost down we will also be offering additional event t-shirts with advanced orders and payments only. These t-shirts will be distributed only at the event.
