you no it's the first time out since the the axle and t-case gears so at first I found my self wanting to ride the clutch just from aol habit but after awhile it seemed easier just to let it out and do its thing and Ill tell ya it crawled nice I no theres guy s out there whos rigs can do alot better than mine but I walked away from a fantastic weekend with nothing major broken and a dam good feeling of accomplishment its been a long winter. although it didnt go off without a hitch I did pop 2 beeds, left front when I flopped the rat on its side, right rear in the quary on a rock garden the size of small vw's and dropped the front shaft twice none of
which held me up for more than a 1/2 hour before I was up and going again I cant say the same for some of the other club members who had a little harder time of it, blackdog the pres of the club follwed me up a pretty steep incline dropped the front shaft and put it through the side of his case. Thank god it was the no pressure side of the auto-matic 727 so he put the pc. back in the hole jb welded it and of he went. I should have so more picks up in a day or so and the right up of carnage on our web site also:smokin: :D :smokin:

Oh ya it was still runnin when it hit I shut it off, we uprighted it and hit the key and kept going dam near that quick alot of people were suprised myself included at some of the angles I put that thing on and it just wouldnt quit , not bad for the stock carb.
no real speakable damage couple small dents one on the targa one in the rear quarter panel and popped the bead on the left front. Pulled the wheel hit it with air and it was good to go also.

I here ya I have a set of toy axles but I want to do a complete rebuild on both before I throw them in I stil have to pickup a set of 6 lugs and fab a pass side crossover arm. I think Il put the 5:71
in the axles and then go 6:1 in the t-case but at this time empty pockets and alot of wants, so in time it will get done the only other mod maybee the 1.6 or the 1.3 swift motor.
