I know your guys have like hundreds of pics on your harddrives so lets see them! I want to keep my rig low, so I'm going staying spring under with a 2.5 inch lift. Maybe rear coil, if need be. Bye bye fenders. I want to run 35's or 36's, no bigger. Its already fairly modified but I got bigger plans for the summer... chev 350, sm420, 3 sp case, rear 60 series, 4.11's with lincon rear and EZ locker front. Most stuff I have or am getting. Anyway, LETS SEE SOME PICS!
(oh yeah I'm not a newbie, I'm been on the board for over a year, I just don't post nuthin. I already know everything :flipoff2: )

I was SU with 4" skyjackers and extended rear shackles running 35's that measured closer 33's at 20lbs of air. The rear fenders are cut up to the inner fenderwell and some scuffing took place. Unless you lower your bumpstops a couple of inches real (mtr's) 35"s will rub!
Now I am on 38's that meaure 36"+ at trail pressure and the paint is gone from the bottom of the inner fender. Yes they rub some, but such is life.
You will not fit 35's with out contact on 2.5" of lift. Unless you run32's that are labeled as 35's. And don't look surprised when you find see what I mean!

I fit 36" swampers spring under.
OLD 2.5" springs (like 12 years old) gave me some good flex.
A 2" body lift WELDED to the frame gave me the clearance for the bigger tires.
It worked good and looked pretty good. I didn't like the low ground clearance though. When I finally went SOA I was amazed at the stuff I could clear (my spring packs were always dragging on stuff even though I had the high clearance u-bolt plates that Advanced Handling in Albany oregon sold.
I run a minor league, small, posuer, SUA rig. Can't try some trails the big dogs do, but that is fine with me. However, that is a build-up decision that you should think about carefully.
I run 4" BDS springs (Big Dip Sh****t), cheap as they come, mild body lift, extended shackles. I took a leaf out of each pack to soften them up which helps on the trail and little scary on the street.
I drag, scrape, spark, stop, anti-articulate, flop....but still have some damn fun.

My rig has 2.5" Alcans, and Con-ferr shackles, so about 3.5" lift total... Running 35x14.5" boggers. Yeah the fenders are WAAAY cut, but it doesn't rub but a little bit on the inside fender at full stuff... If a fly lands on what's left of the front fenders, they will rub too.
