I now have some 95.5-04 Tacoma tube doors in stock! I have both the Tacoma doors with a 1.75 inch bump out at the top and flat doors. They feature laser cut mounting plates, and simple laser cut latches that fit like a glove. No more rattling against the striker.

These doors are easy to install too.
1. Roll down the windows.
2. Remove the kick panels (the little plastic trim piece on the wall inside of the truck near your feat). Unplug the wiring harness, push out the rubber grommet and harness.
3. Remove the door swing limiter cover by lifting slightly, and pulling back on the plastic cover. Un bolt the bracket from the body using a 10 MM wrench of your choice (socket works easily with a 2 inch extension).
4. You are now ready to unbolt the door. These doors weight a lot, so a friend to help is handy, but not needed. If working by yourself, remove one bolt from the top hinge, on the door side of the hinge. Then remove both bolts from the bottom hinge, while supporting the door from the window frame (remember we opened the windows ;) ). Next remove the final bolt from the top hinge. Remember, these things are hefty, so be careful to not loose control and end up damaging something. These bolts are a 12 mm head, a ratcheting box wrench works the best here, but a socket works as well.
5. Using the stock bolts, bolt up the tube door in the reverse order. The tube door only weighs in at 16.5 lbs, easy to handle by ones self.
Tacoma tube doors are $199 +shipping for a set of two doors (driver/passenger sides), bolt up, latch and latch hardware included. They come bare steel, ready to paint and bolt on. Be sure to check out 4xInnovations.com (http://4xinnovations.com) for more sweet parts too!
Thanks!
Also a side note for those who ordered doors in the past (June, July and early early August) if you have the ground latches, send me a PM with your name, invoice # (if you have it) and I'll send you a set of the new laser cut latches.
