I have a cj7, that is totally choped, and am the point where i need to start looking at wiring. itll have electric fans, fuel pump, oba, autometer guages etc. The problem i have is that i have no idea how to start. i was thinking a painless 18 circut block, but dont know how to wire it all up. I want everything to be powered by a switch, no hot start items. I dont know much about relays other than that i need them, but dont know how to wire them into the setup. can anybody point me to a website that ran through a custom wiring job such as mine? i already tried google, thanks

Have you looked at the Painless CJ wiring harness? Handles everything a standard CJ would have plus a few other things. I used it in my ground-up rebuild and was very pleased with it.

yea i have looked into the, and from what i have heard that are great for the pric. but this jeep is no where near what a typical cj is. none of the ends on the harness wires would work, and i need the extra space on the block for future add ons.
