Anyone done a ford ps box? I've seen a butt load of info on the saginaw box, some on toyota, but no ford.
Could I do it on the top cap (like sag) and the second on the vertical portion of the body (like toy)?
A pic would be great if ya got it.

I did a Early Bronco box for a friend. You'll probably find the same Sagi valve assembly inside it.. :) They all work the same way, no matter who's name is on the outside.. :D

i would like to see some pic's of some home box taping on a bronco box. hell any box as long as it is taped on the body of the box and not the end cap or the top cap.

Too late, I just delivered two boxes this morning so I don't have anything left to take pics of.... :(

However, mine are not really 'home' tapped. Well they are, but my home contains a Lathe, Mill, and TIG.. :D :D I'm making bosses for o-ring fittings, then TIG welding them to the valve section of the box where I drilled into the HP sections. The boss allows you to run straight, 45 or 90 degree fitting for routing your lines...

okcrawler, are you doing this for profit? i could be interested in haveing it done. send some pic's or post them here when you can. after the wheeling is done this summer i would like to get my box done.
