hey all
i'm about to wave in a '97 defender but its stock and i'm gonna hace to do some stuff to it. whats the best places for parts, new and used? stores with online catalogues work best. in particular, i'm also looking for a fibergalss hardtop. whats the best place for one of those?

Probably the best place to begin your searching is the D-90 Source http://www.d-90.com under LINKS-->Parts&Shops.

Its all a crapshoot, really. Some places will have great prices on one thing, but be outrageous on another. Others are outrageous altogether, others are cheap but don't have squat.

I've personally bought stuff from all of the major D-90 vendors and had pretty good luck - among them are:

Rovers North, Rover Accessories, Rockware (great bumpers!), RoverTym, Great Basin Rovers, Safari Gard, and Gulf Coast Rovers.

If you could provide a better idea of what you are looking for, it would be easier to direct you.
