alomost any ramcharger has them. you will have to get the dodge outters. im pretty sure they use a unit bearing not spindles.

I have the 4.5/5.5 disk brakes on my 76. The brakes dont suck, but the wheel bearings do.

What is the bearing problem, I had heard they had a weekness there, but was never around one. One of the locals is wanting me to do the same conversion on his axles?

I've the years on my web page, under part 1 for Dana axle.

First, stop right here. IF your swapping a Dana 44, it's not worth the time, money or effort to swap in a Dana 44 front with 4.5" bolt pattern.
THe Dodge hub is weak in stock, not to mention larger tires.

1. Buy new rims.

2. Keep your current Dana 30 axle and upgrade the axle shafts.

Do a google search on "Dana 44" and see what you get....

We are doing a sas on a ranger and useing a eb 44 w/drums and are going to replace them with disc brakes and he has new rims on the ranger already that is why I'm looking for the 4.5 on 5 hub and rotor assembles . Mr.N What do you mean they are weaker are you refering to the the ones w/out lock outs (hub and bearing assembles) I was on your page but didn't find what I was looking for.

Search for Dodge, second find.

The Dodge big unit bearings 75-80 suck big time, I've know guys to replace them on stock rigs.

I thought there was a hub and spindle assemble that had a 4.5 on 5 bolt (just like fords 5.5 on 5 hubs) that came off of a dodge we list differant rotors for w/ or w/out hubs in 79 and both bolt patterns???

Get a wheel adapter then.
I personally would not run those craptastic Dodge hubs and bearing on my rig.
