anyone done the ford 300 swap?
whats involved,any sources?
also any leads on a 24volt timing light,tach and dwell meter?

only 300 swaps I have seen have failed.

As for timing light etc, just use power from a regular 12 volt batt, and hook the light up to the mog wires.

I have seen them on the internet but I have never seen one in person. Instead of doing a motor swap, I would go to a few speed shops and talk to them about doing a turbo install.

I do not think the ford or any other I6 has the rpm for a mog. I have a 2.8
m130 with high compression and can pull most hills at 100k with 42". Just watch your
trans temp
