My mufflers are currently mounted under the floorboards behind the rockers. They get bashed. I'm cutting down and reinforcing the rockers and think I should relocate the mufflers while I'm at it.
I thought about between the frame rails under the backseat but, I'd like to be able to have an Aux. fuel tank sometiime in the future too. Where to?:confused:

I gots me a big ol' flowmaster between the framerails in the back.

i have mine mounted in the stock locatoin...i used a stock muffler in the stock location and mounted one on the other side in the same spot..,protected from rocks and simple to install!

I used to run them out the side..............

Now I have a crossover passenger to driver side tight to oil pan (still hit it the first time). run both those into a collector behind the filter (jegs), run a 3" down the driver frame, one big Flowmaster fit up tight in the rear, and turned it down behind the rear bumber.

I used to run a rear tank too............

Mine is similiar to KMAN but just in front of the stock shock hanger I put the muffler above the frame rail and level then two out the back...if I had to do it again would keep it to one pipe....

Mines in the back as well.
