Been searching for awhile and cant seem to find the thread that I used to modify my Cj steering box for Hydro-assist.

I pulled the low pressure hose and removed the fitting, I pulled the spring to 2" and drilled out the center hole. I want to pass it onto my friend but I want to send him the thread.

I have looked and still havent found what I was looking for. Im hoping someone has it stashed in the archives.

just stretch a spring and enlarge a hole

I modified my steering pump and it worked great but, it did not last very long. It only lasted 2 rides then it was back to normal not having much steering at all. Giving it the gas to turn the wheel. How can you elimiate that part of it?
