i e-mailed them but i have not gotten a response in a few days so i thought i'd ask. ok, do they utilize cone washers? also how thick are they? 1" i assume.

what arms are the best? i am getting ready to go to full hydraulic steering and i want them to be beefy. i wanted to leave the tie rod in the stock location and attach the ram to it but with my leaf spring suspension there is not a good way to do it. this brings me to high steer. anyway any input will be appreciated. thanks :D

Not trying to steal your thread, but since you mentioned cone washers.. :D
do you really think they're necessary on a D60? How many factory arms used anything resembling D44 cone washers? Not too many that I've seen- my Dodge 60 used studs and the nuts were like a lugnut but with a very small amount of taper.
I'd think a mounting surface with a fair amount of "tooth" and graded bolts would be alright, unless you're planning on running a spacer.

thought the steering arm side of the d60 used them. now that you say that i can't remember for sure but i thought i remembered them using the washers.

although they didnt use them from the factory, I have heard from several people (i dont have em, so its not first hand info) that they have a tendancy to loosen

My D60 does not have cones on either side.
