I've built up my jeep to the point where i don't want to drive it on the street anymore. My question is: how much does it cost to invest in a buggy project? I'm not talking crazy here, just something small enough to fit 2 people and to turn 35's. Also trying to figure out if it would be smarter to just start with a frame or go all tube. Right now im debating between starting my own project, or trolling the for sale forum and looking for a built buggy to buy.

Are saying your jeep is built to the point that it isn't road worthy? If so, why build/buy a buggy when your jeep is done?

I am also confused by what you meant, but a do it yourself buggy is a ton of work and on the cheap prob $5,000.00. I working on a budget build now listed in the general 4x4 forum.
