Went out on Sunday for the cleanup. Picked up quite a lot of glass but there was not really much of anything else left after saterday. Wheeling afterwords was fun. Nice meeting you Rich

well the way I look at it is each one of those posters needs to bring in about 50 people for me to break even. You do the math.

:D :D :D

Entry fee=$10 per person. 50 people's fees=$500. Damn, who does your printing? Kinkos is like 50 cents.

I say judges should get some posters:D
See ya there.

BAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...

Hey Rich, can we, er, "borrow" the posters after the event...
hehehe.

you should have sent some of these to folks around in different
parts to post for you.... I'd be glad to hang a bunch of these
up and motorsports shops, parts houses, etc......
there's lots of folks in san jose that need this type of release!

It's not what it cost to print.....It's how many spectators that each needs to bring in....:D :D
Rich

If we had gotten the poster earlier, we would have had time to get them up all over the state.

Our plans are to get the next ones out at least 6 weeks before the event.

I think you should still print a bunch of them, send them out to
different places in bundles to people willing to post them up.
lotsa guys going into parts places would see them, and wonder,
gee, I don't have anything going on next weekend......

but 6 weeks ahead of time? by then most people would forget
they ever say the thing.

--Sherpa offer is still good to post 50 of those in san jose.

Well depending on who actually designed the poster. It could have cost a shiat load. Plus the time it takes to smoothly transition it from an E-file to Hardcopy. Theoretically that poster could have cost anywhere from $20.00-$300.00 Depending on how many he had made.

Remember this is all theoretical. I assume he had a "Buddy" Make it and print out the origional then just copied that.

I had a good time out there Sunday.
At least got to help load all of the bags of trash and glass into the pick up, to be hauled away.
Rolled the rig once at the start of the day(with no damage), and then spent the rest of the day just pointing the rig up hill and climbing some rocks.
I cant wait for the competition, it will be a great spot for the drivers and the spectators.
