I ran Annihilator Monday, and saw that some thoughtless, puss weenies have been using the bypass to the left of the first waterfall, the line that damages the big Saguaro cactus. If you are one of those losers or if you see someone who uses this bypass. WTF? They obviously had to pull out the sign that says we will LOOSE these trails if these bypasses are used, especially when you are damaging protected Plant species! If you can't do the line, stay off the trail. Dont ruin it for the rest of us. Please help us in speaking up when you see idiots doing this kind of crap. The biggest weapon we have have in keeping our trails open is to use a little common sense in using them responsably.

EDIT: Az guys, next time we are out there, I would like to have some help winching a boulder or something to permanently block that bypass:)

Hmmm. Has the sign been removed? I was just there on Saturday, April 20 and the sign was in place.

And, even if you bypass the first waterfall, what are you gonna do on the second? Note to weenies: If your shit ain't built for the trail, stay off of it.

Agreed…..plenty of easier trails to run that are still very challenging.

Destroying the vegetation is a big no-no. That is a big mature cactus too.

I walked up the trail after doing Predator(on or about April 8th) and it looked like no one had used that stupid bypass in a while. My question is what's the point? It really doesn't make any sense to go around that obsticle. I can here someone saying "Ya dude we did Annihilator dude we're hard core!"
NOT!!!

The sign used to be right in the middle of the bypass. It has been moved to the middle of the wash.

If you can wait for a while to let me get my truck fixed, I will help put the boulder in place and I promise my truck won't overheat this time it helps to have oil pressure above 10 psi to assist with cooling...I believe that this was my problem and that I'm 50% towards finishing the truck again...

later.....
