ok finally got to take the jeep out for the first time since november of last year. since then I have replaced: engine, tranny, tcase (twice), both axles, both drive shafts, and redid the suspension. so obvousely i wad kind of wary about it.

figured I might as well take is some where good so I went to tellico. I was only planning on doing like 4 and 5 just to see how it would do. well I ended up doing every trail except lower two and slickrock. (long lines)

well half way up gaurdrail right about where you have to hang a left half way up the rock face my spring hanger let loose and it along with my shackle reversal bracket slammed into my power steering box, it broke the bracket causeing the box to fall and pull the PS lines tight. well the line shattered the resavoir.

I have already gotten everything else fixed, I had spares of all that. the only thing is I can not for the life of me find a PS resavoir. dealer wants $60 and I thought that was redicilous. for $60 I figured there would be some type of upgrade (like a metal resavoir) that I could do.

when ever anything breaks I see it as an opertunity to upgrade. so excluding a rock ram system any one see any oppertunity for an upgrade here????

side ways force I guess, it was still a stock hanger with a SRS bracket on it. I guess it was obvousely more than it could handle.

does no one have any upgrade I can do to my steering besides a rock ram?
