Check out http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/dev/index.php? The 12 valve engine uses the Bosch P7100 injection pump. The fuel stop plate can be removed and modified to unleash all kinds of power. If you do this, make sure you have gauges first, so that you don't melt down your engine. And that tranny won't last long if it is a stock replacement. Is this truck a 98 with a 12 valve and quad cab? If so, it is a very rare and highly desirable truck. That set up was only made for 6 months before the more powerful but unreliable 24 valve came out.
