I have been told and find conflicting info.....Are these all the same or not? Between FS EB Dodge Chevy etc????

well i think they make two kinds one with a 260 ujoint and one with a 297 joint and guess what there not interchangable :flipoff2: :flipoff2:


actually thats all i know of them other than the chevy ones are supossedly a little longer :smokin:

Not a very good picture, but the top axle is a 10 bolt, and the bottom ford d44. For the most part, they are all interchangeable. In some cases you may have to grind a new groove for the c-clip

Yea yea I guess I should have been more specific:flipoff2:

When were the splits on the 260 and 297?:flipoff2:

mostly EB's got the small kuncle d44 with 260
Chevy and ford are close enough, the chevys are like 1 inch longer, not a big deal
some full time dodge use a funky stub, it does not fit anything else

:question: :question: :question: :question: They're more like .1 or .2" longer, and yeah, I interchange them all.

Is it safe to say that all drum EB 44's are 260 joints??
