: Built C4 with atlas shorty adapter (27 spline output)

I have a pan fill bronco C4 that has been rebuilt (approximately 5k on tranny since rebuild). It is a reverse pattern, manual valve body (unfortunately, no compression braking). I have the shorty atlas II adapter on it that will let you bolt up a 6 bolt round patterned tcase that has a 27 spline input. The governor housing has been machined down to accomadate the adapter. I have the rebuilt torque converter for it and a 164 tooth flexplate w/a 50oz imbalance to mount up to any 5.0HO. I will include the Art Carr shifter that is in need of a new cable or a new cable end...can't remember which. I should be able to ship through FEDEX to keep prices down. Most shipping quotes I have looked at are around $50-70 depending on location. Shouldn't be anymore than that. I would like to get $850 as the adapter and the shifter were around $600 for the two. :) Tranny is located in Somersworth, NH if you don't want to deal with shipping.

I will trade for a toyota doubler setup with 4.7 gear in one tcase or will do partial trade towards toy doubler, 4.7/5.0 gears for a toy case, or a 5.29 3rd member. Let me know what you have. :)

will a atlas or stak t case bolt up to this rather easily?

I know the Atlas will. That is what the adapter is designed for....the 27 spline Atlas. I am not certain of the Stak, although, common sense tells me it would, as long as you get the same input shaft. :)

Yup, that is what I was going to run behind it. I had a Ford 203 reduction box with a chevy 27 spline input mounted to it before as well. :)

Nope, but you can buy a 27 spline input shaft from AA or Novak for around $150.

I can ship this tranny out via FEDEX for around $75-100 (it would arrive in 2 boxes...one for the tranny and one for the torque converter).
