JD2 Notchmaster Tube and Pipe Notcher
The notcher for the builder who needs quick offset copes in tubing up to 3" OD! This design from JD2 is a large capacity, offset-capable addition to the popular JD2 TN-100 tube notcher. The heavy duty steel frame hold a two axis adjustable tubing clamp, and a ground and polished stainless shaft that can easily adjust for offset coping. As with the TN-100 unit, the Notchmaster shaft is supported by sealed needle bearings. Using bi-metal hole saws to make the cut, this is an economical way to cope those tough applications!

Yes, I know. Sorry about that. Our website figures shipping differently than we do manually. We do our best to keep them as close as possible. Next order you make with us, call me and I will shave $3 off of your shipping.

We usually have these in stock, but are currently out. So, for the time being, these will ship directly from JD2 in Tennessee.

Orders with benders, notchers and die sets have been shipping out between 2 and 4 weeks. Orders with die sets only have been shipping out allot faster than that. Usually within a week to 2 weeks or so.
Rocco 02-29-2008, 08:06 AM Dose the hole saw just thread on? I have had problems in the past with the threads on the shaft stripping. Or dose it thread on and use pins as they are ment to be?
Thanks,

The holesaws thread right on to the shaft. No pins are needed. That is the first I have ever heard of someone stripping out the threads on a hole saw notcher.
