Hayraker 05-02-2002, 03:05 PM Maybe if I washed mine and polished the wheels and got some of those stainless steel braided hose covers and a big hood scoop and a nitrous bottle and some spring packs with about 30 leaves and a 4WheelParts sticker they would put mine on the cover.

Nope!...it still says Scout on the side:flipoff2:
snoop dogg 05-02-2002, 06:11 PM have yall ever seen the red scout that is right hand drive w/ a yellow roll cage. Well he was at the superlift4xadventure i think 2 or 3 weekends ago in gardendale,al, and he won the rockcrawling competition, in fact he was the only one to complete the course in the time given (8min). Petersons was there and he said that they're doing a write up on his rig. I don't think it will be on the front cover, but it's a sweet scout. he's got Wagoneer Machine Shop dana 70 and dana 60 5.89 gears, locked rear and LS front, 39.5 boggers and bobbed. He use to be the Head guy of Tulsa 4 wheelers and did all the trail rides in Disney, OK. He just moved to GA. His scout isn't a shiny one by all means, maybe that will make yall happy that a real trail scout is in there, it makes me happy that a scout is in there.
Oh yeah i did see that yellow scout, did you like those sweet ladder bars!!! Sometimes money can't buy enough sense
Snoopy 05-06-2002, 09:29 AM Do ya want a Scout on a cover. Its simple...follow these little steps
4 shocks (chromed) at each corner
at least 2 steering stabilizers
the biggest z-style draglink you've ever seen
lift blocks....the taller the better
boggers, only 39.5" - 44" will do
drive through lots of water, or perhaps up a sand dune
cheesy fender flares
suspension must be painted to match the frame, which matches the body
weld racing wheels - or any polished non-beadlock rim
cage without most of the needed supports
no body damage allowed
cowboy hat holder between the front seats
tub bumpers
chrome tip exhaust, preferably twin-tipped dual exhaust
a big cheesy grin and a "Hi Mom" sign
You see, its easy. Just get in line, then turn and cough.
:D :p :)

oh oh and a 10 bolt rear
SnowScoutII 05-07-2002, 02:16 PM haha, Thats a good choice if you never go off road, afraid to scratch the paint, or compensating something else. Thats not my bag baby, mines dented scratched, dirty, cracked. I doubt 4 wheelerwould want a nice pretty Scout. I think just about all the items you mentioned snoopy are :rainbow: although 38's would be nice. To get on the cover You need a truck with function, capability, strength, and the looks that only a deaf, blind mute, mother could love :D
