This is our new FJ-40 t-case and bellypan. It only has a 1/4'' of clearance between the top and the bottom of the parking brake drum. It is super-strong, light, and really clean!

What is the drivetrain in that Cruiser? YOu need to check it with various stuff like SM420 to 3 sp case........

That is a VERY nice setup and the community has needed it for a long time. Thanks for stepping up.

It's for a factory drive-train, and we can make similar ones for other combinations

It is strong!
It has runners going back and forth across the open areas on the top side, to keep it from caving in!

They run about $250

Is there a rear parking brake drum above the skid? Can you remove the drum w/o having to lower the skid? :smokin:

There is, and I am pretty sure.

Call us! There are two sitting on the shelf, and parts to weld up for 3-4 more, 520-741-1580

Gotta stick back some $ for this. I have few other items on my list ahead of it, but exactly what I have been looking for in drivetrain protection.

Coming to surf-n-turf?

Personally, I would suggest that you get one out for an sm420 3 spd xfer. That's sort of the default crawler set up. Not sure if you would actually need to change anything, as it looks like you would be long enough anyway. I'd just be concerned that the rear tubing would hit the xfer case.

How much do they weigh, and have you tried fitting one to a rig with a PTO?

Looks like FC's to me.
What exhaust clearance did you set it up for ? a pipe on the drivers side ?

I would say 30lbs by my accurate method of picking it up :)
I have not tried it with a pto.

It does look like FC's. No offense to Crossed up, but I would prefer to support a long time supporter of the Cruiser guys... If I was to buy one, FC would get my $$$

However, ther are only so maky ways to skin a cat. This has been done a few times from lots of different people. It seems to be the best way to get the crossmember in there.

Who is FC? We built it for a customer named sean, and tom from crawl liked it, so we made one for him, and decided to make a few more for the shelves. Seans buildup is here in this forum.

FC is on this board. He has been building cruisers longer than most of us have been alive...

I think to do the PTO you'd have to have both sides symmetrical.

Combine that with the Orion clearance, and I'll order one as soon as some of my unused parts sell! :D

any idea what shipping might cost to get it out to CA? 95826? I just might have to order one after Christmas, as a present for me :D
