hi, picked up a dodge dana 60 front dirt cheap but its the shitty 30 slpine inners no locking hubs and to piece tubes. i wanted to see what guys on here were doing with those if anything at all. i was thinking about replacing the carrier with a 35 slpine unit and getting new oem shafts from something else to mate to the 32 slpine outers. they should be strong enough for what i need. i also wanted to retube it to get rid of the one piece tubes and narrow it, is there any reason this wont work? any opinions and thoughts are apreciated. thanks

You can swap out the carrier for 35 spline shafts.
Also I would get rid of the Unit bearing hubs, I think there are companies (dynatrac for sure) that makes conversion kits to get rid of the unit bearing, and go to a 35 spline outer.
