I have been doing a lot of searching and just wanted a few opinions on which brand lift I should buy for my 2000 Z71. I already have some 35" Xterrains and ready to buy a 6"suspension lift, but not sure which one. Fabtech has a really good deal with superlift and pro comp not too much more. I just don't want to put that much money and time into something that is going to be a p.o.s. Any advice would be appreciated.

Post this in the Chevy forum or the Newbie Tech section.

To the thread starter. My friends run Rancho, Fabtech, and Pro-Comp. They are all just fine. I have spent the most time in the truck with the fabtech, it rides great, and has been beat on pretty good with no problems.

I would go with the best deal.

You are talking to yourself. Nobody even responded to you. So are you trying to start shit?

Edit: OH I see you just made it your cause to follow this guy around and talk shit. And why shouldnt you? I mean fuck, you have been on Pirate since 05. So you are like a big dog and shit right?

i'm sorry. apparently i'm wrong to flame a newb for not reading the rules, double posting, AND asking crap questions in the chevy tech section.
he didn't read the rules so i'm giving him some shit, yeah... if i'm wrong, i don't wanna be right.

people complain that this baord is getting wattered down. so i'm doing my part to keep the peace. allbeit by givin' someone some shit. the mods can't be everywhere, ya know?

i'm a big dawg because i am making a big dawg rig. the fact that i've been here for almost two years and have only 40something posts means that i was a smart guy and avoided getting flamed by STUDYING peoples posts. i didn't come on this board and expect everybody to take the time to answer my newb questions. i KNEW i'd get flamed.

so i've got a nice build in progress and i repect the people who know more than me. that's the only thing on this board that deserves respect right?

btw
Lol, yeah the 4runner I bought a few months ago is still sitting in my driveway, all I have done is change the diff covers Still needs some work.
how's that coming along? get those diff covers painted yet?

if you want to make a couple bucks you can come over and change the diff covers on my big dawg rig...
a 1st gen, 1 ton, custom spring swapped, long travel... yada yada yada

Oh you are the internet badass 4wheeler!!!! You made your point in the first thread. This time he posted in the correct place. So there is no need to spew your bullshit here.

And since you have been here 2 years there in no way you could have missed this little jewel of a fucking rule, huh Mr. Pirate4x4 Big Dawg.

From LANCE.....

"Flaming newbies will not be tolerated in this forum. If you don't want to help people with their questions, don't visit this forum."

Here is a link in case you are to dense big man.

Search my name you will see how the 4runner is coming along.

P.S. You are gay for calling someone "newb" when your are one yourself.

thanks for calling me "big man"
i only clicked the newb section to copy a link to post for the guy in the chevy section. only then i saw that he double posted... notice my first post in here was not flaming. only telling him a rule (a rule he should have read for himself)
then he called me an A-hole. 10 out of 10 dentists agree that i will stand up for myself EVERY time.

all flaming aside i usually try to offer assistance when someone posts shite in the tech section. just like my first post in the chevy section was to inform him that 6" and 35"s weren't going to get a huge welcome or a great response.

yours truly,
Mr. Pirate4X4
Big Dawg
