See you there! I to have a room there and so dose the rest of the club that is going. I think the parking lot just might be more exciting than inside the casino's.

I believe there's camping at the Hilton too. Some people from Chico are planning on camping there. I heard that it was $30/night???

No I don't eat seafood but I've eaten at most of the barf-ets in town and Nugget and Atlantis are by far the best. Last time I was at the Hilton barf-et it was just a hair above the Circus Circus :barf:. Probably fine for b-fast or casusal dining but not for seafood $$$.

Camping; I'd use that term very loosley :D

Peppermill has a great buffet. I used to eat there all the time when I lived on Grant street.

And if you like Sushi,.. Sushi Pier on Plumb street has the best Sushi I found in Reno. It used to be all you can eat.

Well how far do you wanna travel? Lake Topaz is best of all for Seafood. I used to run down there with freinds when I was living/working up at Tahoe. That place had an awsome seafood buffet

I figure after tech and checkin, that I'd go into the Hotel night club called the garage. I think they'll even have a band, nice and cozy for a pretty big palce. Next year I'd love to rent it out and throw a crawlers party in there. We'll see.
Rich

If any of you locals would like to help get the word out this week, I'll be staying at the Hilton from Monday on, and I'll be passing out fliers all week.

Anybody want to help?

Hay Rich how othen is the shuttle leaving the hotel and back (every three hours ?) and how much each way.Do you still have to pay the entry fee if you go by shuttle. Thanks Ken

Big Rich

I'll be honest....the shuttle is not my bag, I've got someone else that is working with the shuttle company. This is what I do know.
the shuttle will run at least until peolpe wanting to use it get to the site, and the same for the ride back. It' 3.00 per direction, and yes you still need to buy an entry ticket into the competition.
Calrocs makes nothing from the shuttle, But it will allow us to have more people there with less parking impact, which is a big deal to BLM. I'm hopeing that many will take advantage of the shuttle.

Do you have any posters left? I'll hand out a stack of fliers during the week.
