Starting to put together plans for my new trailer. I'm thinking 2x6x.180 box for the main frame and tongue, 3x.180 angle for the crossmembers. thoughts and opinions? the deck will be about 14' long, and hauling a 3700ish pound juggy. I'd like to come up with something where i can enclose the front half for some storage and make a canvas curtain that can mostly seal up the opening so I can sleep inside. dual 3700 pound axle, getting hauled with a 99 ctd. thoughts? recommendations on framing materials for the enclosed structure? was thinking some thin plywood coated with fiberglass for the panels? just a bunch of thoughts rushing through my head and $2 grand ready to go into another project.
