I just had the spreader bars set in. So every time Keith (a buddy that stopped by to help) and I would hear a little noisy we were running for cover.

Caption for the Pic: Those bars are going to hurt!!

I was shooting for ProRock in Cass But I'm thinking EROCC may be a better idea since I haven't sent in the application. It's only 4hours away not 11. And it gives me a few extract weeks to test.
We'll see. It will be in a comp in June. Are you planning on going to the next EROCC comp?

It's a true work of art. When you see someone fabricate something as nice as your cage it just makes the blood boil and get excited and want to run out a do the same. Good work. I searched your past posts on the bending but didn't locate any info on whom you bought the bender from. Not to say it's not there but somethimes something can be right in my face and I don't see it. Do you have an address to share on where to get one, I'ed certainly appreciate it. You earn the official Pirate salute. :) :flipoff:

I believe its from JD squared... best source for quality benders at a resonable price... planning to purchase the model 3 sometime soon... once I get some cash.

On a serious note. My Jeep will be done by then and I might enter my girlfriend into the event as the driver, she would need a spotter, hint hint:D, because I'll be w/ Buddy

I still have to run this thought by her though:D

now about this.....

so in your case your head is about 4 times the size of your arms

Again your math is wrong, it's only 2.25 times the size of my arms:flipoff2:

i would much rather look at her then your mug all day thats for sure

If she ends up doing it I want her to get all done up and do it in a sports bra. That way all those "Mudder Trucker" girls will realize they aren't the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Did you catch them Saturday night at dinner:rolleyes: They were all wearing those tight shirts and 4 out of 5 had beer bellies hanging out:barf:

badassjeepguy

really though the guys. ive known them from other events are cool guys

bigdude
05-03-2002, 11:54 AM
I'm sure the girls are real cool too. I'm just saying, when your belly flops over your waist band you should keep it covered and not wear tight shirts and walk around sticking out you boobs to try and hide it.

But a few of them were very attractive (the girls, you :rainbow: :D )

One question,
What are going to do about bracing from the fore and aft posistion?
Reason I ask is last year I did a cage purt much just like that for buddy and his scrambled. He wanted it tight inside the cab but no bars along the outer hoops. It had lot's of strength side to side but it really IMO wasn't all that stout front to back.
A diag from the rear hoop to front might be a good idea of course it would make getting in and out a pain the butt, you gunna do anything like that?
We even talked about a bolt on removable tie in to the stock roll bar so when he hits the hard stuff and no top on it would give the cage much more strength.
