Not desert racng but part of a desert/short course series...
This weekend is the final race of VORRA's 2006 season. The race will be held at Prarie City OHV short course track just a few miles North East of Sacramento in Rancho Cordova although it sure seems a lot more like Folsom to me...
Races start around 10AM and it costs $10 for spectators. The spectating is very laid back with access to the pits and you are allowed to bring in your own beverages and food.
VORRA races the following classes
Stock Mini (7s)
Jeep Speed
7 Open
Quads
Class 10
Class 1
Class 9
Pilots
Semi-Pro
Class 8
Do not use the Prarie City main entrance, use the gravel road entrance on Grant Line road closest to Prarie City Rd. You will see the signs.
