Is there a 26 spline CV flange that fits to a Dana 300 and allows for a GM saginaw front CV driveshaft ? I need to find something from a wrecker ect...? Takes forever and cost too much, to get anything aftermarket up here... I figure maybe something from a newer NP214 or Np208 case ???? I don't know what the output splines are on other cases.

check with high angle driveline, they sell one for the dana 300, its actually for a dana 44 but fits the dana 300.

Take a look at a 208. I *think* that is what you are looking for...

What outcome did this have? Did the front flange style output yoke work for you with the D300 TC? Does the np 208 front flange style output yoke have 26 splines? I know I may be about to be flamed however, if getting flamed means I could get an answer, I don't mind getting flamed.....

I haven't checked to see if the NP208 outputs are 26 spline like the Dana 300. Anything i could find on the net, suggested it wasn't, but the info i could find wasn't 100% either.
I do know that some izuzu's with a rear dana 44 used a flanged style yoke at the diff... and dana 44's have the same spline as a dana 300. The only thing with this, is i don't think the flange will match a typical saginaw double cardan flange.
I am almost thinking of taking a Dana 44 yoke i have... lathing it down... and welding a flange from a NP203 to it. :shaking: Dumb i am ... i know. What else does a guy do when he's dead broke.

I was hoping the 208 flange yoke would work, but I guess not...I guess it is back to plan A... I did something similar to a np208 rear output yoke to eliminate the slip yoke and use a double cardan drive shaft from a blazer.. I can't post pictures here but if you have an email address where I can send you a pic and hopefully soon a new pic of how I modified the d300 rear output yoke to be able to use the drive shaft from the blazer, I would be more than happy to send you some pics...

That's okay... i'll figure something out... I already have a CV in my jeep... but right now i run and NP205...
