Is there a trick for taking off the body bolts to make sure they don't break?

Well if they break then they needed to be replaced anyway.

yummy. quite possibly the best penetrating oil available to the general public.

Around these parts, we apply PB Blaster liberally everyday for a week or so before we tackle big jobs. But we have rust up the wazoo, so every little bit helps.

Also, use an impact, and set the torque relatively low. Another thing I often do is tighten the bolt just a bit, like 1/8 of a turn or less - sorta gets things moving before loosening.

Tips? Ahh hell about any tip will work on old rusty bolts, just use the one that's on the torch when you borrow it....
