Ok, I got some death wobble on my D60 now. I just did the kinpin rebuild, so that is not the issue. I remember guys saying they preload the kingpins by installing a shim (just a plain old washer) on top of the spring to get rid of dw. I'm going to try this. Before I take it apart though, could someone tell me the size of the washer (diameter) that I should get so I can go buy some before I start to disassmeble? Many people said they got their washers from Home Depot so that's where I'll be heading. Thanks.

The cap is 2 1/8" wide, and the spring is 2" wide. Hope that helps...

Yes, that helps. I'll get some 2" washers. Actually, now that you stated those measurements, I think I did read 2" washers are the one's needed. THANKS!!
