I know i'm a newbie so don't even flame me.

I am looking into getting a 86 sammie. She runs strong but the paint and all isn't great. the interior has been mexicanized with velvet panels, roof and side panels. The guy will take $750 and the speedo doesn't work.

Do you guys think its a good deal?

Paint can be fixed with some rattle cans and the interior can be removed. As for being a good deal I'd say yes. Sammys are getting harder to find now that we got the attention of the Jeep guys...LOL, Oh yea....welcome:flipoff2:

If it runs and all the parts are there sounds like a good deal. Perfect if your wanting to make a trail rig.

Haha. Eric, I told you someone would dig the velvet panels. They're sick.

BAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA that's about as close as I've been to actually ROTFLMAO in a while. I say you leave it like that. :D If you get it I want to see pics.

If it is mechnically sound, go for it.
