Anyone using the explorer disc brakes from Currie, how well do they work ( CJ )

I used them for a couple of years on my jeep. They worked very well and the only problem I ever had was while wheeling I accidently left the e-brake on and ruined the e-brake pads. That was a pretty expensive lesson. They were only available through the dealer. Other than that they worked great. My buddy is using them also and likes them as well.

my buddy has them on his currie axle. they work just like a ford explorer.


another option would be to use wilwoods setup.
