I have a 78-79 ford d60 front axle. I found a set of rotors and hubs from a mid 90s d60 ford dodge will these work with my calipers and brackets? or even my spindles?

no, dodge & chevy use a longer spindle.
I bought brand new hub/rotor assemblies from autozone for around $100 each if you really need them.

I can get them for $65.00 HARA through Napa. I just found an even better deal on these but the guy doesen't know if they are from a dodge or a ford.
