i have a 400sbc abd a turbo 350 and i am looking to do some thing with it

maybe a ford 9in

i seen some on the internet before i cant find them any more

Welcome to the 1950's. Those old school sand rails are called water pumpers. Search the web and you should find some pics. I think I saw a new one at the recent Sand Show. The engine was mounted behind the front suspension for better weight distribution.

You might be happier with the SBC mid engine, with a shorty powerglide to a Lincoln IRS diff and trailing arms.
