Tacoma headlight question

[90 wrangler]

Just bought an '06 Tacoma and the top cut off on the low beams is very severe. There is a very noticable line below which is ok but above its dark. It like your driving with the sun visor down. This seems to be right in the middle of my line of sight. Any one else have the same problem? Is there a fix?

Im pretty sure they make them that way from the factory so oncoming cars dont get blinded. In my moms Corolla you can see how the drivers side is lower than the passenger side but on a aiming screen they are perfect.
